Refund policy
At Home Tech, we are committed to transparently clarifying the condition of products before purchase, especially since some displayed devices may fall under the category of discounted products or have minor cosmetic notes that do not affect operational efficiency.
First: Acceptable Exchange or Return Conditions
Requests for exchange or return are accepted in the following cases:

There is a technical defect affecting the operation of the device.

Receiving a product different from the registered order.

Damage resulting from shipping or transport, provided it is reported immediately upon receipt.

There is a shortage in the order or a clear discrepancy in the basic specifications from what is stated on the product page.
Second: Request Submission Period
Requests for exchange or return must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the order.
If there is visible damage to the carton or product upon receipt, customer service must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, along with attached photos or videos showing the condition.
In accordance with the regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the customer has the right to request a return within the legal period if the product has not been used or benefited from, and in a manner that does not conflict with legal exceptions or the nature of the product or its condition as clarified before purchase.
Third: Conditions for Accepting Exchange or Return Requests
The following conditions must be met for the request to be accepted:

A purchase invoice or order number must be present.

The device must be in the condition it was received.

There must be no breakage or damage resulting from the customer's misuse.

The product must not have been installed or operated incorrectly.

Attach photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy in the product.

Retain the accessories and original carton as much as possible.
Fourth: Cases Not Covered by Exchange or Return
Exchanges or returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Scratches or cosmetic notes that were previously clarified on the product page.

Change of mind after completing the purchase, provided the product has been used or benefited from.

The size or color of the product does not suit the customer after purchase, if the specifications are stated on the product page.

Any damage resulting from misuse.

Any damage resulting from incorrect installation by the customer or an unauthorized party.

Using or operating the product abnormally after receipt.

Product damage due to using an unsuitable power source or contrary to operating instructions.
Fifth: Discounted Products
All products displayed under the category of discounted devices may have minor cosmetic notes such as external scratches or slight damage to the carton, which is clarified in advance on the product page.
These notes do not constitute a reason for exchange or return if they were explained to the customer before completing the purchase, as long as they do not affect the safe operation of the device.
Sixth: Warranty
Products sold through Home Tech are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:

Misuse.

Breakage or damage caused by the customer.

Using an unsuitable power source.
-
Violating the operating instructions in the product manual.

Incorrect installation or unauthorized modification of the device.
Seventh: Shipping and Return Fees
If the reason for the exchange or return is an error from the store or a confirmed technical defect or damage resulting from shipping, the request will be handled according to the store's approved procedures without charging the customer any undue fees.
However, if the request does not meet the conditions for exchange or return, the customer may bear shipping, inspection, or redelivery fees as applicable.
Eighth: Refund
If the return request is approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order, within the period approved by the payment service provider or bank.
The duration for the amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
