Welcome to Home Tech store. By using the online store or completing any purchase order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

First: Store Introduction

Home Tech is an online store specialized in selling electrical appliances within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, offering original products from well-known brands, including new devices and discounted devices that may have minor cosmetic notes that will be clarified before purchase.

Second: Acceptance of Terms

When using the store or creating a purchase order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, in addition to the privacy policy and the return and exchange policy and the shipping and delivery policy.

Third: Products and Device Condition

We strive to present product details as clearly as possible, including:

  • Product name.

  • Basic specifications.

  • Price.

  • Product condition.

  • Product images when available.

  • Any scratches or cosmetic notes if present.

  • Warranty information.

  • Any additional services such as delivery or installation.

Some products may be discounted due to minor cosmetic notes or slight damage to the packaging, and these notes do not affect operational efficiency unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Fourth: Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in the store are in Saudi Riyals, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include value-added tax or be clarified before completing the order according to the store's approved billing system.

The customer must ensure to review the final price, shipping fees, and any installation or additional service fees before confirming the order and payment.

Fifth: Orders

After completing the order, the store will review and confirm it based on product availability and the accuracy of the customer's information.

Home Tech has the right to cancel the order or contact the customer in the following cases:

  • The product is not available.

  • An unintentional error in the price or description.

  • Inability to contact the customer.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • The order could not be fulfilled for reasons beyond the store's control.

In case of order cancellation after payment, the amount will be refunded according to the approved refund mechanism.

Sixth: Shipping and Delivery

Home Tech currently provides shipping and delivery service within the Riyadh area, and the service may be expanded later.

Orders are usually prepared within 24 to 48 hours of confirming the payment process, during official working days.

The home delivery fee is 50 Saudi Riyals, and the fees will be clarified before completing the order.

Delays may occur beyond the store's control due to shipping companies, weather conditions, seasons and promotions, or emergencies, and efforts will be made to follow up on the order and update the customer on its status.

Seventh: Installation

The store provides installation service for some products depending on the type of product and the area available for the service.

The installation fee for split air conditioners is 130 Saudi Riyals per unit, in areas where installation service is available.

The customer must prepare the installation site completely before the installation team arrives, including, for example:

  • The appropriate electrical equipment.

  • Plumbing or drainage as needed.

  • Providing a suitable place for installation.

  • Removing any old devices or obstacles at the installation site.

  • Preparing the required hole or path if necessary.

The store or installation team has the right to refuse to carry out the installation if the site is not ready, or if there is a risk, defect, or obstacles preventing safe installation.

Any additional requirements such as air conditioner brackets, lifts, additional extensions, extra copper, or materials not included in the basic service will be at the customer's expense.

Eighth: Warranty

Products are subject to a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

The customer must read the instruction manual before using the product and ensure that the device is compatible with the appropriate power source and local safety standards.

The electrical devices offered are typically designed to operate on a range of 220 to 240 volts, unless otherwise stated.

The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, use of an unsuitable power source, or violation of operating instructions.

Ninth: Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the following:

  • Entering correct and complete information when placing an order.

  • Providing a clear and accurate address.

  • Ensuring that they can be contacted at the time of delivery.

  • Inspecting the order upon receipt.

  • Reporting any damage or discrepancies within the time frame specified in the return and exchange policy.

  • Using the product according to the manufacturer's instructions.

  • Preparing the installation site before the service appointment.

If delivery cannot be made due to incorrect information or lack of response from the customer, re-shipping or rescheduling fees may apply.

Tenth: Acceptable Use of the Store

The user agrees not to use the store for any unlawful purpose or in violation of regulations, and is prohibited from doing any of the following:

  • Entering incorrect or misleading information.

  • Attempting to hack the store or disrupt its services.

  • Misusing offers or payment methods.

  • Copying or commercially using the store's content without permission.

  • Submitting fictitious or fraudulent requests.

Eleventh: Limitation of Liability

Home Tech Store makes every effort to provide accurate information and reliable service, but it does not guarantee that the site is free from technical errors or temporary interruptions.

The store is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse of the product, or violation of operating instructions, or reliance on incorrect information provided by the customer.

Twelfth: Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Home Tech Store has the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and the updated version will be published on this page. Continuing to use the store after the modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Thirteenth: Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are subject to the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising from them will be handled by the relevant authorities within the Kingdom.
