At Home Tech, we are committed to providing a safe and clear shipping and delivery experience to ensure that electrical devices reach the customer in good condition and on time.
First: Delivery Areas
Home Tech offers shipping and delivery services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and delivery is currently available in the Riyadh area.
The delivery scope may be expanded to other areas later, and the delivery availability will be clarified to the customer before completing the order.
Second: Order Preparation Time
Orders are prepared within a period ranging from 24 to 48 hours from the time of payment confirmation, during official working days.
The preparation time may vary during promotional periods, seasons, or when there is a high volume of orders.
Third: Shipping Fees
The home delivery fee is 50 Saudi Riyals.
Shipping fees and any additional charges—if applicable—will be clarified before completing the payment process.
Fourth: Product Inspection Before Shipping
Devices are inspected to ensure their operational safety before shipping, to guarantee that the product reaches the customer in good condition.
Some products may fall under the category of discounted devices and may have scratches or minor cosmetic notes, which will be clarified in advance on the product page before purchase.
Fifth: Receiving the Order
Upon receiving the order, the customer must ensure the safety of the shipment as much as possible before accepting it.
If any of the following situations occur:

Visible damage to the carton or product.

Shortage in the order.

Receiving a product different from the registered order.

Clear notes resulting from shipping or transport.
The customer must contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt, attaching photos or videos showing the condition of the product or shipment.
Sixth: Installation Service
Home Tech provides installation services for certain products depending on the type of device and the area available for service.
The installation fee for split air conditioners is 130 Saudi Riyals per unit, in areas where installation service is available.
The customer must prepare the installation site completely before the installation team arrives, which includes, for example:

Availability of a suitable power source.

Readiness of the installation location.

Removal of any obstacles or old devices if present.

Preparation of additional requirements such as air conditioner bases or lifts or additional extensions if needed.
The installation team has the right to refuse to perform the service if the installation site is not ready, or if there is a danger, or obstacles, or a malfunction that prevents safe installation.
Any additional requirements not included in the basic installation service will be at the customer's expense.
Seventh: Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the following:

Entering shipping information correctly.

Providing a clear and accurate address.

Ensuring they can be contacted at the time of delivery.

Receiving the order at the agreed time.

Inspecting the order upon receipt.

Preparing the installation site if installation service is requested.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, lack of response, or the customer not being available at the delivery location, reshipping or rescheduling fees may apply.
Eighth: Shipping Delays
Delays may occur beyond the control of Home Tech due to:

Shipping or delivery companies.

Weather conditions.
-
Seasons and promotions.
-
Emergency circumstances.
-
Difficulty in contacting the customer.

Unclear address or delivery information.
In these cases, we will work to track the order and update the customer on the shipment status as much as possible.
Ninth: Discounted Products
Some products displayed at Home Tech may fall under the category of discounted devices and may have minor cosmetic notes such as external scratches or slight damage to the carton.
The condition of the product will be clarified on the product page before purchase, and it will be shipped after ensuring its operational safety.
Cosmetic notes previously clarified are not a reason to refuse receipt or request a return, as long as they do not affect the device's operational efficiency.
